At traffic-light parties, the green wristband meant single and open to being approached. It broadcast to the whole room — including the people who judge — and that's what killed it. Gevun is the same signal, addressed: only the right person, at the right moment, ever sees it. Not a digital wristband. Its correction. Less exposing than the original. Never more.

As they are
No filters, no age, no bios.
Just people, as they are, where they are. Dating apps produce prepared meetings: the chosen photo, the outfit for the date, the character of one evening. Gevun shows people in their actual Tuesday at 6 pm — nobody can prepare for it, because nobody knows they'll be seen. A photo and a signal, nothing else. Names are exchanged in person, like they always were.

Meeting people
Open means open to people.
Romance is where it starts, and open is bigger than that: a hello, a conversation, a new friend. Being on Gevun says nothing about you — not that you're single, not that you're looking for love. Red is never a relationship status: Me time means me time, nothing more. And a visible signal reassures both sides — whoever says hi knows they're welcome, whoever is open knows nobody gets to her unless she chose it.
